About Leadership Insight

Leadership Insight was birthed out of the fact that Donald was literally coached out of his job.

The story began when Donald was offered the opportunity to attend a Leadership Business Development program at the INSEAD Business School in 2011. He was so impassioned by his coaching experience that two years later, he enrolled himself into a coaching program and got certified as an ICF Coach. Since then, he is fully committed to enriching and transforming lives through Leadership Programs and Executive Coaching.

Along the journey, he has crossed paths with like-minded people and collaborators who have a passion to be a part of a transformation culture in Leaders & Organizations. Leadership Insight is passionate about transforming lives from the inside out – beginning with the Self, through Teams, and impacting the Organization.

Our Corporate Profile

Our team has decades of corporate executive experience. These Malaysian and ASEAN-based experiences were accumulated over several Global & Regional organizations in finance, consulting, fast-moving consumer goods, media, and branding industries.

Currently, we work with C, C-1 & C-2 executive levels from MNCs and public-listed groups in holistic business and leadership development, employing Executive Coaching as the key thrust in engagement and sustainable change. The key driving success factor to our development collaborations with our clients is the focus in working with people, teams, and the organisation to infuse and immerse in an enhanced culture, and it is achieved through open and collaborative role modelling leadership, by being authentic and courageous.

We combine strong strategic thinking and commercial business acumen with character-based values to help leaders gain greater self-awareness, enhanced perspectives, achieve breakthroughs in mind-sets to cultivate sustainable positive changes in deeply held beliefs, core values and behaviours.
