Profiling Assessment Tool
The IWAM Assessment creates a heightened level of self-awareness through in-depth understanding of work-based motivation patterns at the workplace. Leaders are empowered to own decisions and to take progressive actions, translating into increased awareness, accountability and performance.
- A global assessment tool to assess the effectiveness of work-based motivations patterns and attitudes of an individual in the work environment.
- The profiling outcome enables an individual to understand which of the 48 motivational patterns are driving or not driving him or her in the current job role, with three pattern categories of motivators, neutral motivators & de-motivators.
- This 30-minute online self-assessment is taken in total confidentiality, and a designated coach will debrief the results in an extensive manner.
Experiential Learning
