He has 27 years of corporate experience; 20 years of local & regional MNC exposure in the Banking industry. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Montana, USA.

His career specialization was in business restructuring, turning businesses into profitable and sustainable portfolios. As a senior Leader, his key driving success factor in business restructuring was to work with individuals, teams, and organisations to infuse and immerse in an enhanced culture. And it was achieved through open and collaborative role modelling leadership, by being authentic and courageous in his decision-makings and undertakings.
