About Leadership Insight

Leadership Insight was founded from a pivotal moment in the career of our founder, Donald, who was unexpectedly coached out of his job.

In 2011, Donald was selected to participate in a Leadership and Business Development program at INSEAD Business School. The coaching he received during this program had such a great and deep impact on him that he decided to leave the banking industry as a senior management executive.

This experience sparked a profound transformation process and ultimately led to the creation of Leadership Insight. Donald enrolled himself into a coaching program and was subsequently certified as an International Coach Federation (ICF) Coach. Since then, he has been wholeheartedly committed to enriching and transforming lives through Leadership Programs and Executive Coaching.

Throughout his journey, Donald has connected with a network of like-minded professionals and collaborators who share his passion for fostering a culture of transformation within leaders and organizations. Leadership Insight is driven by a singular mission: to transform lives from the inside out— beginning with the Self, through Teams, and impacting the Organization.

Our team brings decades of combined corporate executive experience, with a strong foundation built on experiences of diverse roles across Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region. This expertise spans several global and regional organizations in industries such as banking & finance, consulting, fast-moving consumer goods, media, and branding.

We currently collaborate with C-suite, C-1, and C-2 executives from multinational corporations (MNCs) and publicly listed companies, focusing on holistic business and leadership development, employing Executive Coaching as the key thrust in engagement and sustainable change.

Areas of individual coaching are customized – Self-Awareness, Leadership Presence, Beliefs System & Core Values, Change Management, High Performance, Strategic Planning, Culture Shifts, Conflict Engagement (Difficult Conversations) & etc.
Design and curate Leadership Development Programs (4 to 8 months) for leaders of organizations to embark on a holistic journey of Self, Team and Organizational Leadership. Executive Coaching was employed as the key thrust in engagement for sustainable mindset and behaviour shifts. Individual & group coaching formats were employed.
