Leadership Insight was founded from a pivotal moment in the career of our founder, Donald, who was unexpectedly coached out of his job.
In 2011, Donald was selected to participate in a Leadership and Business Development program at INSEAD Business School. The coaching he received during this program had such a great and deep impact on him that he decided to leave the banking industry as a senior management executive.
This experience sparked a profound transformation process and ultimately led to the creation of Leadership Insight. Donald enrolled himself into a coaching program and was subsequently certified as an International Coach Federation (ICF) Coach. Since then, he has been wholeheartedly committed to enriching and transforming lives through Leadership Programs and Executive Coaching.
Throughout his journey, Donald has connected with a network of like-minded professionals and collaborators who share his passion for fostering a culture of transformation within leaders and organizations. Leadership Insight is driven by a singular mission: to transform lives from the inside out— beginning with the Self, through Teams, and impacting the Organization.
